Benefits of Clinical Pilates
Novice or experienced Pilates goers are welcome.
Attend a mandatory prerequisite 1:1 assessment and introduction to Pilates with Emma (30 minutes). This will include a discussion regarding your past medical history, a postural examination, practical teaching of Pilates principles and a chance to set achievable goals.
Each week the exercises taught in the class or 1:1 setting are progressive allowing you to work towards your goals.
